Paddleboarding with an instructor - what will you experience?

Paddleboarding or SUP is a perfect water sport for all water lovers. It's not just a sport, but also a fun activity where you engage and strengthen your whole body through paddling and balancing on the board. You can approach it as a workout where you push yourself, or as a relaxing time on the water with friends, family, or colleagues. The basic paddleboarding course is designed for all beginners who have no prior experience with paddleboarding. During two hours, you will be greeted by a light safety theory and a warm-up on the shore, where you will also learn how to prepare the equipment correctly. During the practical part of the course on the water, you will quickly and safely master the basic paddling techniques.

Liptov

Mara on SUP: Paddle across Liptovská Mara.

Paddle across Liptovská Mara. In about an hour, you will safely paddle across to the Dechtáre shepherd's hut and refuel with dumplings on the way back. The whole ceremony takes approximately 3 hours. The whole ceremony takes approximately 3 hours.

Váh on SUP Bešeňová - Lisková: A charming float suitable even for inexperienced paddlers. The float starts below the dam in Bešeňová, where the water is relatively calm. There you will practice the first paddling basics. After approximately 45 minutes of floating, you will practice navigating currents, swimming, and swinging on a cool swing. Then, continue for about an hour and a half to Lisková, where a driver will pick you up and take you back to Bešeňová. The whole ceremony takes approximately 4 hours.

The experience includes:

• Instruction with an experienced guide down the river,
• Transport to the car

Important information about the Paddleboarding course:

	Sezóna/Počasie	Paddleboarding takes place from May to November.
	Clothing	We recommend bringing swimwear and a towel. All other equipment will be lent to you.
	Podmienky	Minimum age 10 years, good health and basic swimming skills required. Rezerváciu je vhodné zrealizovať minimálne týždeň vopred. The experience can be booked at any time during the season.
