Wine Tasting in the Dark - What Will You Experience?

Sit back comfortably, we're starting... The lights dim, the first sample of wine arrives. Is it white, red, or rosé? Relying on your sight won't help you this time. Concentrate your mind on what you smell and taste. Thanks to the darkness, veiled notes of forest fruits, cinnamon, or vanilla will begin to emerge more clearly in the mix of tastes and aromas. After just a few samples, you'll discover a "superpower" called taste recognition, which you've only made fun of until now. Believe us, it won't be due to the amount of wine consumed.

What does a wine tasting in the dark offer?

The tasting is conducted in the form of a pleasant, informal, and humorous discussion combined with a joint evaluation of individual samples. In the dark, a story will emerge from the wine. Those who haven't drunk wine in the dark have no idea what's hidden in it.

Finally, after each sample of wine, we'll start asking about the color (which is often not so easy to determine), the grape variety, and classification by residual sugar (also very tricky). Subsequently, the sommelier will present the wine, add a few interesting facts, and we'll move on to the next sample.

A wine tasting in the dark includes:
