What does the sushi preparation course offer?

How to cook sushi rice correctly? How are maki rolls prepared? How to cut rolls correctly? What should nigiri sushi look like? Our course will answer all your questions. Just come with a good mood and a desire to learn something new. If you are not among the most skilled chefs and are more of an accident in the kitchen, don't despair. The chef who will guide you through the course is patient and willing to teach you perfectly.

How does the sushi preparation course proceed?

During the course, you will receive not only the necessary information about sushi preparation but also a bamboo mat for sushi preparation and, of course, ingredients (for a sushi set for 2 people). The course lasts approximately 2 hours, and you will try preparing individual types of sushi according to your taste and skill. At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate so you can show off to your friends or family.
