The older lady who taught us how to make korbáčiky and showed us the process of making threads and knitting korbáčiky was great. However, I see a big flaw in the owners, who introduced a minimum amount of cheese that could be used for this voucher, which was supposed to last 1 hour to 1.5 hours. There were 2 of us with a girlfriend and the total time was about 40 minutes. I expected that if we were faster at pulling cheese and knitting korbáčiky, they would give us more cheese, but that didn't happen. The voucher was overpriced and realistically, from the exact amount of cheese you could make about a half-kilo package of threads/korbáčiky, which normally costs 6 euros in Dolný Kubín. From such a small amount of cheese, we only had a weak opportunity to try pulling cheese and somehow learn it. For me, it was weak and expensive. The point is nice and the lady was great, but the owners of Jánošík's yard really save on customers when we didn't have the opportunity to get another cheese despite the fact that it was not even close to an hour as it was written in the voucher. Maybe a good voucher for someone slower who likes korbáčiki but I like to cook and it went like clockwork so it was more of a boredom and a waste of time. And it was written in the voucher that we would take home as much as we pulled the threads but since there was a shortage of cheese we had nothing to pull later. You will just learn the production method and history of korbáčiki production in Zázrivá, some theory, a bit of practice but that's all. I expected more.
