Neapolitan pizza workshop – what will you experience?

Neapolitan pizza workshop lasts approximately 4 hours and takes place in professionally equipped facilities. This is an ideal opportunity for all home enthusiasts who want to master the art of true Italian pizza in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere under the guidance of an experienced expert.

What you will learn:
During the course, an experienced pizzaiolo will teach you how to prepare the perfect fermented dough using the direct method (impasto diretto), which is the key to great results at home. You will learn the following:

• Dough ball shaping: You will practice the correct technique so that the dough rises ideally and is easy to work with later.
• Dough opening: You will learn to stretch the dough by hand to the correct size without tearing it.
• Pizza topping: You will find out how to correctly work with ingredients for a traditional Margherita pizza for a harmonious result.
• Work with a pizza peel: You will learn confident handling of the peel when placing the pizza in the oven.
• Pizza Baking: You'll get tips on how to achieve a crispy crust and a juicy center in both professional and home ovens.

Practical Part:
During the course, each participant will prepare and bake their own pizza, which they can enjoy on-site or take home. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate and become part of the Neapolitan pizza lovers community with ongoing support for your future home attempts.

Care During the Course:
Throughout the entire time, refreshments (water, coffee) are provided, and of course, a tasting of your own creations. The course is specially designed for amateurs and lovers of good food (not suitable for professional pizzaiolos).

Important information about the Neapolitan pizza making course:

	Sezóna/Počasie	The Neapolitan pizza workshop can be attended on specific dates in the premises. The maximum group size is 8 people. The activity is not weather-dependent and takes place indoors.
	Podmienky	The course can be attended by anyone over 15 years old, under 15 with an adult. It is advisable to make a reservation at least 2 days in advance. Throughout the entire course, you will have your own workstation and tools. Everything that will be shown and explained, you will also practically try.
