Paddleboarding with an instructor - what will you experience?

Paddleboarding or SUP is a perfect water sport for all water lovers. It's not just a sport, but also a fun activity where you engage and strengthen your whole body through paddling and balancing on the board. You can approach it as a workout where you push yourself, or as a relaxing time on the water with friends, family, or colleagues. The basic paddleboarding course is designed for all beginners who have no prior experience with paddleboarding. During two hours, you will be greeted by a light safety theory and a warm-up on the shore, where you will also learn how to prepare the equipment correctly. During the practical part of the course on the water, you will quickly and safely master the basic paddling techniques.

OblečenieClothingWe recommend bringing swimwear and a towel. For training, it is necessary to wear a wetsuit (in colder weather). We will gladly advise you on selection and purchase.
