Snowshoeing experience to Frog Balls – What will you experience?

This experience is not about performance, but about rebooting in absolute silence. Come discover the Tatraslike you'll never see them again. Walk through snowy terrain on snowshoes, which will open doors to places you wouldn't otherwise be able to get to in winter. The hike to the Frog Lakes itself will offer you perfect panoramas and the feeling of being part of a frozen kingdom. In addition to getting a great fresh air into your lungs and improving your fitness, an experienced guide will safely guide you along the entire route and share interesting facts and history with you.

What does the Basic Avalanche safety course contain?

This is not a technically demanding course, but a guided hike. Here is an overview of the skills and knowledge you will acquire during the day :

• Basics of snowshoeing: You will learn to walk, ascend, and descend efficiently so you don't waste unnecessary energy.
• Orientation and safety: You will gain knowledge about safe behavior in winter terrain and master the basics of orientation (reading a map and the weather).
• Route to Žabí plesy: The entire hike will be adapted to the group's pace and current snow conditions.
• Historical and natural attractions: You will learn interesting facts about the local nature and history of the Tatras directly from the guide.

The experience includes:

• Services of certified international mountain guide UIMLA - instructor.
• Complete rental of snowshoes and poles for the whole day.
• Commemorative photos from the activity in the form of a digital file.

Not included:

• Accommodation and meals (except for your own provisions for the hike).
• Transport and parking (possible use of car, cable car/train).

Important information about the ski alpine course for intermediates:

	Sezóna/Počasie	The experience can be completed on pre-determined dates during weekends, and by agreement, the course can also be completed on weekdays for a closed group of interested parties.. In the event of adverse weather, it is up to the provider (instructor) to decide and evaluate whether to move the reservation to a new date. Minimum number of participants 4, maximum 8 per mountain guide.
	Clothing	Dress functionally in three layers (no cotton), don't forget waterproof protection, warm gloves, and sturdy, high boots that will protect you from the snow.
	Podmienky	Adequate physical condition is required, also suitable for children from 16 years old accompanied by at least one parent. Booking is recommended at least 2 weeks in advance. Cancellation policy: Cancellation within 72 hours before the experience 0% cancellation fee, within 24 hours before the experience 50% cancellation fee, on the day of the experience 100% cancellation fee.
