What does the Little Danube rafting offer?

Embark on an adventurous rafting trip on the Little Danube basin. The rafting starts in the village of Zalesie and ends in the village of Nova Dedinka. The total length of the Little Danube is 129 km. You will raft the most beautiful sections. The entire rafted section is undeveloped, which preserves the authenticity of nature. It consists of fallen trees along the bank and preserved original trees. In some places, the river is very wide, in others narrow.

The rafting includes a stop with a walk to the Hniezdo lookout tower near the village of Malinovo and to the legendary Totem Meadow in Ivanka pri Dunaji.This tramp gathering place is over 80 years old.

You will raft in a comfortable sea kayak, which is characterized by stability and good maneuverability.

How does the sea kayaking experience on the Little Danube proceed?

The guide will ensure the correct selection of a kayak for each participant and adjust it to their needs on site. This is just a small part of the rafting experience. Nature is more important. The wind rustles the leaves of tall poplar trees. The water surface has its own texture, which you disturb with a kayak and paddle. In some places water lilies bloom, and on the surface there are leaves of various aquatic plants. When you approach by kayak, water striders run across the surface. Sometimes you disturb ducks and they take flight. And sometimes ducks rest on abandoned wooden piers, watching the kayakers on the water. The Little Danube is also home to beautiful swans, majestic herons, kingfishers...
