Freediving experience - What to Expect?

The PADI Freediver course consists of three main phases: Understanding the principles of freediving through an experienced PADI instructor Tomáš Slávik. Mastering breathing techniques, as well as static and dynamic apnea. Goal – static apnea of 90 seconds and dynamic apnea of 25 meters. Practicing free diving to depths of 10-16 meters. In the PADI Freediver course, you will learn to use a mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit, and weight belt. For training, you need to have your own wetsuit, mask, snorkel, and fins. We will gladly advise you on selection and purchase.

How is the Freediving experience conducted?

Day 1: introduction to the course, training dives in the pool, theoretical part (5-6 hours)
Day 2: open water dives and theoretical part. (5-6 hours)
Day 3: open water dives, theoretical part, and final test. (5-6 hours)
max. depth 16 m

The course includes:

  • development of knowledge
  • training dives in the pool
  • open water dives
  • PADI dive instructor
  • complete freediving equipment
  • PADI Freediver Level 1 certification e-card
  • certification fees

Important information about the Freediving experience:

OblečenieClothingWe recommend swimwear. For training, you need to have your own wetsuit, mask, snorkel, and fins. We will gladly advise you on selection and purchase.
PodmienkyPodmienkyThe minimum age to complete the course is 15 years, and you must be able to swim at least 300m without time limit). Rezerváciu je vhodné zrealizovať minimálne týždeň vopred. The course takes place on pre-determined dates.
