Foil Pumping - what will you experience?

In this course, you will learn the technique of pumping and launching from the dock. The beginning is not easy, but when you succeed and achieve harmony with the board and connection with the element of water, it's amazing. The prerequisite for success is good fitness and patience.

During the preparations, we will briefly explain how foil pumping works, which will make your first attempts at flying a real experience. It's also about preventing injuries. With a few but important rules, pumping becomes a fun and safe sport. With the help of an instructor, it won't take much effort and you'll feel the movement of the foil after just a few jumps. Initially, it is slower, but with repeated training it improves.

The course includes:

  • one-on-one instructor services
  • development of knowledge
  • on-water training

The course takes place at Lake Čiernovodský near Senec, or in Trenčín on the Váh River.

OblečenieClothingOur Picks for your gear: bring swimwear and a towel. A wetsuit is required for the training. We will gladly advise you on selection and purchase.
