The all-day Brewer for a Day course is your direct dive into the world of Nestville Beer. The brewery builds on a rich local tradition, with origins dating back to 1271 – the brewing legends in Spiš thus have deep roots!

You'll get straight into the heart of the brewery, where the 5.5 hl copper brew kettle stands. Under the guidance of the brewmaster, you will directly participate in brewing beer and go through the entire production process together – from crushing the malt to bottling. You'll understand how crystal-clear water from the High Tatras, special yeast strains, and unique smoked barley malt create that characteristic flavor. Not only will you learn about beer brewing, but you'll also experience the technology firsthand and taste beer directly from seven 10 hl conical tanks. You'll finish your day with bottling the beer, and a delicious lunch awaits you during the course.

This experience will bring you not only a certificate of successful completion but also an absolutely new respect for your favorite drink.

How does the Craft beer brewing experience at Nestville Taberna Brewery proceed?

The goal of the craft beer brewing experience is to prepare graduates for home beer brewing. You will learn all the beer brewing processes, in which you will subsequently participate. You will be able to operate your home brewery perfectly and become a true "Home Brewer" who can recognize and subsequently brew various beer styles.
The course is intended for everyone who simply and effectively wants to brew beer at home, as well as for those who just want to learn more about its preparation.

• Full-day Nestville Beer cooking workshop under the supervision of a master brewer.
• Full-day beer and hydration regime is included (yes, beer!).
• Beer tasting directly from the tank.
