Freediving Taster - What Will You Experience?

This underwater sport offers incredible freedom, overcoming your own limits, and entering into yourself. On a single breath, a freediver can go to great depths of 20 meters or more, even for 2 to 3 minutes. With training, the breath-hold time can be gradually extended. During this intensive 2-hour session from our Workshops & Courses, you'll discover the basics of safe freediving. This will be followed by a practical session in the pool under the guidance of a professional PADI instructor, where you will practice breathing exercises, the submersion technique, and learn how to manage your breath, ear pressure, and your entire body during the dive. You'll safely master your first dive to a depth of 6 metres.

Pick the option that suits you best. With a group taster session, you'll complete the course in a small group. With a private taster session, the instructor focuses solely on you the whole time. The content and length of the workshop & course are the same in both cases.

The freediving course includes:

  • one hour of theoretical preparation
  • one hour of diving in a 6 m deep pool
  • rental of necessary equipment
  • services of a professional PADI instructor

Important information about the Freediving Taster:

PočasieSezóna/PočasieThe experience can be enjoyed from May to November. Our Picks for your gear: bring swimwear and a towel. All other equipment will be lent to you.
PodmienkyPodmienkyMinimum Age 12 years, good health and necessary basic swimming experience. It is recommended to make your reservation at least one week in advance. The experience can be booked at any time during the season.

Tomas was a great instructor. :) He explained and showed me a lot about freediving and then gave me enough space to try everything in the water as many times as I wanted. He is patient and his enthusiasm infected me.
