Military bunker stay - what will you experience?

The military bunker was built in 1937 and renovated 85 years later for you to experience a piece of history firsthand. The bunker is located in a very quiet area of Devínske jazero, just a stone's throw from Bratislava. The Devínske jazero area is an ideal place to relax and unwind from a busy life. Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find a buffet with a wide selection of food, as well as the option to rent a tricycle. You can get to the bunker by car, by bike, or by train. Parking is available about 50 meters from the bunker. The train station is a 5-minute walk away.

Inside the bunker, you will find a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a dining area connected to the stove. 20L of utility running water from the tap is prepared for everyone. The solar panel generates electricity, so you will also find a TV with antenna connection in the bunker, where you can watch your favorite programs or music. A small mini bar with refreshments is also available. There is a fireplace with seating on the roof of the bunker, and the bunker has both indoor and outdoor lighting. A dry toilet is available within 20 meters.

What does a stay in a military bunker include?

A stay in a military bunker includes:

  • bed 160 x 200 cm for two people
  • blankets, pillows, bedsheet (if you prefer your own, we recommend bringing a sleeping bag)
  • small towels
  • 20 l water supply, we recommend bringing your own water for drinking
  • basic dishes and cutlery, gas stove
  • fireplace stove with wood supply
  • possibility of charging small devices from USB
  • voltage converter 220 V, 300 W

StornoCancellation policy

Cancellation fees:

22 days or more before arrival: If the reservation is canceled 22 days or more before arrival, we guarantee a 100% refund of the payment received, or the option to change the reservation date within the current season according to current availability.

21 – 8 days before arrival: If the reservation is canceled 21 – 8 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the payment received, or the option to change the reservation date within the current season according to current availability.

7 days or less before arrival: If a reservation is canceled 7 days or less before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the payment received and changing the original reservation date is no longer possible.

There is no space in the bunker for an extra bed, but if you don't mind sleeping on one bed, you can come with a child.
