What does a stay in the North House - Under the Linden Treehouse offer?

The North House Treehouse is located in the crowns of majestic linden trees, in a peaceful spot, in the cadastral area of the village of Veličná – Revišné. The main idea was to create a relaxation space that conceptually deviates from the everyday routine. The unique living roof with its own vegetation further enhances the originality of the entire concept.

The Treehouse is furnished to make you feel cozy, relaxed, and, last but not least, adventurous during your visit. The upper part houses a double bed, from which, snuggled under the duvet, you can watch deer grazing on the grass sprinkled with fresh morning dew through the window. The lower part contains a sofa bed, a table, and chairs. This part offers beautiful views of one of the most famous Orava mountains - Choč. There is also a stove, where the crackling fire adds the right flair to your evening. In addition to the cozy interior, the house also features a spacious, covered terrace with seating for 4 people. In a separate room, there is a built-in dry, ecological toilet, which is always fresh and ready for new guests. Hygiene is also a matter of course, and above the sink there is always a refilled tank with fresh mountain water.

Magical and undisturbed comfort in the heart of nature is complemented by a breakfast basket, which will await you upon waking and you will pull it up to the terrace of the treehouse with a rope. Breakfasts are prepared from quality local ingredients and you can assemble them in advance when ordering, or on site according to your taste. To welcome you, a bottle of sparkling wine will be prepared in the treehouse. Not only during cold winter evenings can you brew quality tea in a metal kettle, and for lovers, everything needed to prepare coffee is a matter of course.

If you want to liven up your stay in the treetops with something more adventurous, after agreement with the operator, you can use a reconnaissance ride through the countryside from horseback (for an additional charge - payable on site).

What does the stay in the Under the Oak Treehouse include?

A stay at Treehouse includes:

• 1 or 2 nights in the Under the Oak Treehouse with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature
• morning delivery to the treehouse (breakfast basket), various types of food according to your own choice
• in case of a two-course dinner - a selection of dishes from the current menu (for 3 or 4 people, a surcharge for food of €15 / person / night)
• option to purchase horseback riding for 1 person for 60 minutes
• electric lighting, gas stove, USB socket for charging phone, board games
• dry toilet (separate room in the treehouse)
• terrace equipped with garden seating for 4 people
• transport by off-road vehicle from a pre-arranged location directly to the treehouse

Important information about staying in the Treehouse - Under the Linden Tree:

	Sezóna/Počasie	Implementation is possible year-round. Persons under 18 years of age may only participate in the stay accompanied by an adult. Arrival at the accommodation facility is from 3:00 PM and departure from the accommodation no later than 12:00 PM.
	Podmienky	Smaller dog breeds are allowed. The fee for a dog is €10. Book at least 2 months in advance. Free cancellation is possible only if you cancel more than 40 days before your arrival! Cancellation policy: 40 - 22 days before arrival = 20% cancellation fee 21 - 8 days before arrival = 50% cancellation fee 7 days or less before arrival = 100% cancellation fee
