Wellness, food, staff and surroundings are amazing, as is the accessibility from KE. However, the room was not the best. We were given a room with a location so that our window was on the hotel terrace. When we had the window open, we could hear everything. In the afternoon, when we wanted to relax, children were screaming and running around. At 6:00 on Sunday morning, a woman was talking on the phone and smoking loudly, since we had the window open because the room was small and it was warm, we could hear everything and it woke us up. We were given free water in the room, but the mineral water came with a cap for the opener, unfortunately they no longer gave us the opener, so we couldn't open the water. I don't know if the location of the room is determined based on where the reservation comes from (most experiences or directly through the hotel), but we were disappointed that this was exactly how it was for us.

We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you were disturbed by the noise from the terrace. The hotel informed us that several rooms are oriented towards the terrace and the room assignment does not depend on the booking method. They also stated that in case of reporting a problem, they always try to accommodate guests, as long as the hotel's capacity allows. They also regret the lack of a can opener in the room, which is a standard part of the equipment. We have passed your experience on to the hotel as an incentive to improve services. Thank you.
