Chata pod Soliskom is not just a mountain lodge. It's a place where you wake up above the clouds, have breakfast with a view of Kriváň, and set off for a destination most tourists only gaze at from below.

With a certified UIMLA mountain guide, you will ascend one of two Tatra peaks:

  • Furkotský štít (2,405 m a.s.l.) is for those seeking a real challenge. The route leads through the wild Furkotská valley – it is less frequented, full of waterfalls and rocky terrain. The view from the summit over the entire High Tatras is worth every step.

  • Sedielková kopa (2,061 m a.s.l.) is ideal if you are discovering the Tatras for the first time or prefer a calmer pace. The route is technically more accessible, but the views are just as captivating.

You don't have to worry about the route, navigation, or safety. The guide will take care of everything – including an expert commentary on nature, which will give your ascent a completely new dimension.

Chata pod Soliskom is a mountain chalet located in the beautiful environment of the High Tatras at an altitude of 1,840m. Comfortable accommodation, great food and drinks. In addition to these amenities, it offers a completely free solarium on the sun terrace, along with a unique view of Kriváň.

PočasieSezóna/PočasieThe stay can be undertaken from June 1 to October 31, 2026. The climb to the peak depends on current weather conditions – the guide will always inform you in advance about the situation and any route changes.
PodmienkyPodmienkySuitable for active tourists in good physical condition. You can reach Chata pod Soliskom by cable car from Tatranské Zruby (ticket not included in the price) or on foot from the nearest parking lot. Cable car operation may be affected by weather conditions or technical reasons – we recommend checking the operating hours in advance. It is advisable to make a reservation at least two weeks in advance.

Flexible cancellation policy

In case of cancellation of a reservation with arrival between June 1, 2026, and October 31, 2026:

  • 0% of the price from the day of booking confirmation up to 14 days before arrival
  • 50% of the price of ordered and confirmed services 13 – 8 days before arrival
  • 100% of the price of ordered and confirmed services 7 days or less before the day of arrival
