How does a balloon flight work?

Balloon flight plan

The trip itself begins with careful planning. Book your appointment 1-2 weeks in advanceto avoid unnecessary inconvenience.

Where will the balloon take off from?

The launch of the balloon depends on the current wind direction. The specific take-off location is decided by the pilot. For your safety, you are welcome to adapt to it.

If you decide to take a balloon flight in locations other than those offered, please contact us. We would be happy to send you an individual offer according to your requirements.

How long does a balloon flight take?

Preparing the balloon and launching will take approximately 30–60 minutes. The balloon flight itself will take you 50-70 minutes. The landing location also affects the flight time. After landing, plan on packing the balloon and transporting it back. In total, you can spend 3-4 hours with the balloon, both on the ground and in the air . And with the subsequent processing of this experience, much more.

How to dress for a balloon flight?

Clothing - it is optimal to dress in a sporty way, ideally outdoorsy. An extra layer in case it gets windier at higher altitude. It won't take up much space in your backpack and can be useful.
Shoes - also match your shoes to your overall outfit. Sturdy outdoor shoes are ideal. The landing site does not always have to be in a dry, flowering meadow.
A hat - not a requirement, but you will definitely use it. The multi-purpose cap will protect you from the heat of the burners and the sun's rays.
Glasses - on sunny days we recommend having sunglasses at least "on hand".
