What does the Speleo Via Ferrata Experience offer?

If you're up for an adventure, you're in the right place. Test your skills and experience a dose of adrenaline on a speleoferrata in the Czech Republic, specifically in the beautiful Moravian Karst. And what exactly is a speleoferrata? It's something between hiking in challenging rocky terrain and mountaineering, where you overcome secured climbing routes in caves. You'll receive a helmet and headlamp, a jumpsuit, a sit harness, and a caving belay set with carabiners. Throughout the entire time, you will be accompanied by an experienced instructor who will oversee your safety and the smooth progress.

Speleo Via Ferrata Experience - what will you experience?

Under the instructor's supervision, you will embark on the most interesting route of the Moravian Karst - imagine an up to 40-meter deep, secured cave cascade, full of crawl-throughs, scrambles, passages, abysses, chimneys with rope ladders, traverses, "swings", and climbing that ends at the drainage siphon of a small pond deep underground. Discover places like "Broken Flush", "Labor Pains", "Snail" and more. Simply a great adventure!

In the case of the 2 adults + 2 children variant, two children under 15 years of age can participate in the speleoferrata. The speleoferrata takes place when a minimum of 4 people, maximum 10, are present.

Under certain conditions, especially during intense or prolonged rainfall, a large amount of water seeps into the cave. The operator therefore reserves the right to change the agreed date.

PodmienkyPodmienkySpeleoferrata - route difficulty: C/D (difficult to very difficult). Unsuitable for problems with the musculoskeletal system (dislocating shoulders, discs, tendons), cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, for overweight individuals, pregnant women, and people prone to claustrophobia. Suitable from 15 years of age. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. The experience can be enjoyed at any time of the year.

It's not a ferrata, it's caving in the style of squeezing into ultra-narrow spaces. Estimated suitable for 4% of the population :) Change the name of the experience :)

A speleoferrata is a special form of caving experience that combines elements of classic via ferrata (secured routes) with caving. It is a route that leads through caves or underground spaces and includes technical equipment such as steel cables, ladders, or traverses that help overcome difficult terrain. These speleoferrata are intended more for experienced cavers and adrenaline lovers, as they involve movement in dark, damp, and very narrow spaces, which we also mention in the description of the experience. We are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations, but we believe that you enjoyed it nonetheless.
