White Water Rafting - What Will You Experience?

White Water Rafting is one of the most fun and sought-after watersports in the world and also here. The Orava River will guide you through beautiful corners of the Orava nature with fairy-tale backdrops. See you on the water!

White Water Rafting on the Orava River

Orava can be rafted on two sections:

Upper section: Dolná Lehota - Dolný Kubín. A romantic float under the picturesque Oravský Podzámok and through the town of Dolný Kubín - an unforgettable experience for every Slovak. Duration approximately half a day.

Lower section: Kemp Tília Gäceľ - Kraľovany. An adventurous rafting among rocky cliffs, through a livelier part of the Orava River, lasting approximately half a day. It is rafted to the confluence of the Váh and Orava rivers - to Kraľovany. The lower part goes more through nature, the flow is therefore less regulated and the river itself is also more challenging - so it is rather a slightly more difficult float, where there is less to photograph.

THE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES: a raft, an instructor, vests, paddles, helmets, and boat transport.

If you have zero experience with water sports, we recommend the upper course and definitely a guide who will safely guide you down the river and teach you a thing or two.

PodmienkyPodmienkySwimming ability is required from 15 years old. Rezerváciu je vhodné zrealizovať minimálne týždeň vopred. The experience can be taken at any time during the season.
